Disse generelle vilk\u00e5r (\u00abVilk\u00e5rene\u00bb) regulerer adgangen til og brugen af mobilapplikationen\u00a0<strong>Lean<\/strong>\u00a0(\u00abApplikationen\u00bb).<br>Applikationen udgives og stilles til r\u00e5dighed af\u00a0<strong>Lean Technologies<\/strong>, 50 rue de Villacoublay, 78140 V\u00e9lizy-Villacoublay, Frankrig (\u00abLicensgiveren\u00bb).<br>Ved sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l kan du kontakte os p\u00e5:\u00a0<a>support@lean-app.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2. Du skal l\u00e6se disse Vilk\u00e5r omhyggeligt, f\u00f8r du bruger Applikationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Accept af Vilk\u00e5rene<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. Ved at bruge Applikationen accepterer du at v\u00e6re bundet af disse Vilk\u00e5r og eventuelle opdateringer af dem. Accepterer du ikke disse Vilk\u00e5r, skal du afinstallere Applikationen og oph\u00f8re med al brug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2. Licensgiveren forbeholder sig retten til at \u00e6ndre Vilk\u00e5rene n\u00e5r som helst. Din fortsatte brug af Applikationen udg\u00f8r accept af de til enhver tid g\u00e6ldende Vilk\u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3. Du skal v\u00e6re mindst 18 \u00e5r, eller have n\u00e5et myndighedsalderen i din jurisdiktion, for at bruge Applikationen og tegne et abonnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Tildeling af rettigheder og brug af Applikationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. Under foruds\u00e6tning af overholdelse af disse Vilk\u00e5r tildeler Licensgiveren dig en personlig, tilbagekaldelig, ikke-overdragelig, ikke-underlicenserbar, begr\u00e6nset og ikke-eksklusiv ret til at f\u00e5 adgang til og bruge Applikationen. Alle andre rettigheder er forbeholdt Licensgiveren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2. Du m\u00e5 kun bruge Applikationen, s\u00e5 l\u00e6nge du overholder disse Vilk\u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Registrering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. Logger du ind via Apple, Google eller enhver anden tredjepartstjeneste, giver du Licensgiveren tilladelse til at f\u00e5 adgang til de oplysninger, der er tilg\u00e6ngelige der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2. Loginoplysningerne (brugernavn, adgangskode osv.) er strengt personlige; du skal holde dem fortrolige og er ansvarlig for enhver brug foretaget med dem. Ved kompromittering skal du straks nulstille din adgangskode. Licensgiveren kan n\u00e5r som helst kr\u00e6ve, at du \u00e6ndrer dine loginoplysninger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Abonnementer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. Applikationen fungerer p\u00e5 grundlag af et abonnement, der fornyes periodisk, medmindre det opsiges via abonnementsstyringsfunktionen p\u00e5 din enhed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2. Abonnementerne administreres og faktureres af applikationsudbyderen (Apple, Google osv.). Alle sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l om fakturering eller refusion skal rettes til dem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Opdateringer og support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1. Adgang til opdateringer, forbedringer eller nye versioner sker efter Licensgiverens eget sk\u00f8n, som ikke er forpligtet hertil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2. Licensgiveren kan, uden at v\u00e6re forpligtet hertil, yde hj\u00e6lp via vejledninger eller onlineindhold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Forpligtelser og forbud<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1. Du skal bruge Applikationen i overensstemmelse med g\u00e6ldende love og regler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2. Du m\u00e5 kun downloade Applikationen fra officielle platforme og kun bruge den p\u00e5 legitime enheder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.3. Det er forbudt for dig at underlicensere Applikationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.4. Det er navnlig forbudt for dig:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>at bruge Applikationen til uautoriserede kommercielle form\u00e5l;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at disassemblere, dekompilere, reverse engineere eller skabe afledte v\u00e6rker;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at kopiere, s\u00e6lge, offentligg\u00f8re, distribuere eller g\u00f8re Applikationen tilg\u00e6ngelig for tredjeparter;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at fjerne eller \u00e6ndre enhver ejendomsretlig angivelse;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at omg\u00e5 sikkerhedsforanstaltningerne;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at forstyrre Applikationens normale drift (virus, overbelastning osv.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at bruge indholdet i databasen (japansk version) til form\u00e5l, der strider mod den offentlige orden, er ulovlige eller uautoriseret kommercielle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Brugerindhold<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1. Applikationen kan give dig mulighed for at offentligg\u00f8re indhold (billeder, tekster osv.) (\u00abBrugerindhold\u00bb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.2. Du garanterer, at dette Brugerindhold:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>er originalt og ikke kr\u00e6nker nogen tredjeparts rettigheder;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>er korrekt og lovligt;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ikke indeholder noget ulovligt, \u00e6rekr\u00e6nkende, obsk\u00f8nt, hadefuldt eller p\u00e5 anden m\u00e5de anst\u00f8deligt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.3. Du tildeler Licensgiveren, vederlagsfrit, en verdensomsp\u00e6ndende, evig, overdragelig og underlicenserbar licens til at bruge, reproducere, \u00e6ndre og udbrede dette Brugerindhold med henblik p\u00e5 drift, promovering og forbedring af Applikationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.4. De samme rettigheder g\u00e6lder for de produktbilleder, du uploader (\u00abProduktbilleder\u00bb). Du giver afkald p\u00e5 ethvert krav om ideelle rettigheder til disse billeder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Immaterielle rettigheder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.1. Licensgiveren ejer samtlige immaterielle rettigheder til Applikationen (kode, varem\u00e6rker, design osv.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.2. Du forpligter dig navnlig til ikke at registrere eller bruge lignende varem\u00e6rker og ikke at kr\u00e6nke Licensgiverens rettigheder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Varighed og opsigelse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.1. Disse Vilk\u00e5r tr\u00e6der i kraft ved din f\u00f8rste brug af Applikationen og forbliver gyldige indtil opsigelse fra en af parterne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.2. Ved overtr\u00e6delse af Vilk\u00e5rene kan Licensgiveren straks opsige din adgang uden varsel eller kompensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.3. Ved afinstallation af Applikationen mister du adgangen til dens funktioner, og der vil ikke v\u00e6re nogen refusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Frav\u00e6r af garantier<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">APPLIKATIONEN LEVERES \u00abSOM DEN ER\u00bb OG \u00abEFTER TILG\u00c6NGELIGHED\u00bb. I DET OMFANG LOVEN TILLADER, FRASKRIVER LICENSGIVEREN SIG ENHVER UDTRYKKELIG ELLER STILTIENDE GARANTI, HERUNDER OM SALGBARHED, EGNETHED TIL ET BESTEMT FORM\u00c5L ELLER FRAV\u00c6R AF KR\u00c6NKELSE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Ansvarsbegr\u00e6nsning og skadesl\u00f8sholdelse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.1. I DET OMFANG LOVEN TILLADER, ER LICENSGIVEREN IKKE ANSVARLIG FOR TAB ELLER SKADER, DIREKTE ELLER INDIREKTE, KNYTTET TIL BRUGEN AF ELLER MANGLENDE MULIGHED FOR AT BRUGE APPLIKATIONEN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.2. Du holder Licensgiveren skadesl\u00f8s for ethvert krav, der f\u00f8lger af din brug af Applikationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.3. Licensgiveren er ikke ansvarlig for fejlagtige resultater opn\u00e5et som f\u00f8lge af indtastning af forkerte data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Distributionsplatforme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De vilk\u00e5r, der p\u00e5l\u00e6gges af din applikationsudbyder (Apple App Store, Google Play osv.), g\u00e6lder som supplement til disse Vilk\u00e5r. Denne udbyder er tredjepartsbegunstiget og kan g\u00f8re disse g\u00e6ldende over for dig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. G\u00e6ldende lov og v\u00e6rneting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00e6ldende lov og v\u00e6rneting<br>14.1. Disse Vilk\u00e5r er underlagt fransk ret, med undtagelse af dens lovvalgsregler og Wienerkonventionen om internationale k\u00f8b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14.2. Enhver tvist om fortolkningen, opfyldelsen eller gyldigheden af disse Vilk\u00e5r skal forel\u00e6gges de franske domstoles eksklusive kompetence inden for retskredsen for appelretten i Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. \u00d8vrige bestemmelser<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15.1. Disse Vilk\u00e5r udg\u00f8r den fuldst\u00e6ndige aftale mellem dig og Licensgiveren vedr\u00f8rende Applikationen; de supplerer, uden at \u00e6ndre dem, de vilk\u00e5r, der p\u00e5l\u00e6gges af downloadplatformene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15.2. Enhver \u00e6ndring skal ske skriftligt og underskrives af Licensgiveren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15.3. Licensgiverens manglende ud\u00f8velse af en rettighed udg\u00f8r ikke et afkald.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15.4. Du kan ikke overdrage dine rettigheder og forpligtelser uden Licensgiverens skriftlige samtykke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15.5.
